Our Services are accessible immediately upon account creation or subscription activation, subject to compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. No physical shipping or delivery processes apply, as all features are provided digitally through your ZipZy™ account.

3. Digital Delivery Process

Our Services are delivered digitally, ensuring instant access to features upon successful account creation or subscription activation. The delivery process includes the following:

  • Account Registration: To access our Services, you must create a ZipZy™ account by registering at accounts.zipzy.in/signup. Upon successful registration, you can log in to your account dashboard to use features such as URL shortening, QR code generation, landing page creation, or analytics tracking.
  • Subscription-Based Services: For premium features (e.g., Advanced Analytics, Branded Links, premium Landing Pages), access is granted immediately upon successful payment through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. You will receive a confirmation email with access instructions, typically within minutes of payment confirmation, provided there are no issues with your payment method.
  • API Services: For users integrating with our API Services, access to API keys and documentation is provided through your account dashboard upon subscription activation. Detailed instructions are available in our API Reference.
  • Delivery Timeline: Free Services are accessible immediately upon account creation. Paid Services are activated within minutes of successful payment processing, subject to verification by Razorpay. Delays may occur if payment verification fails or if account setup is incomplete.
  • Access Confirmation: Upon activation, you can access the Services through your account dashboard at zipzy.in or zpzy.in. No physical delivery or shipping confirmation is applicable, as all Services are digital.

We strive to ensure a seamless delivery process, but access may be subject to technical limitations, such as internet connectivity or device compatibility, as outlined in our Disclaimer.

4. Service Availability
